Burbage Surgery now has a new sliding window for dispensing medication thanks to a grant from the Friends. The new window was part of a suite of adaptations planned by the surgery to ensure a continued safe and practical service to patients – particularly during the Covid pandemic.
New dispensing window – more accessible and user-friendly
The new dispensing window is based at the rear of the surgery. It is specifically designed for service use. In particular, it is easier to open and close and better for communication between staff and patients.
“We have had great feedback from patients, who find it much more accessible and user-friendly,” commented the surgery’s practice manager, Mary Corden.
